Tractor Rules

• 20in. maximum hitch height, 18in. minimum from center of rear axle. 3 x 3 ½ “eye, ¾ “minimum thick. No hitch point above center line of rear axle. NO STRAIGHT CLEVISIS.
• Tip over bars are mandatory. Must be 10” maximum height, 5” x 5” pad, and must extend past the radius of tire. Must be able to support the weight of the tractor in its heaviest class if jacked up one side at a time.
• Tire size: 6500lb-7500lb 18.4x38 max or less than 340 square inch foot print, 8500lb-12500lb 20.8x38 max or less than 390 square inch footprint as per Missouri Farm Pullers tire size chart.
• Radial tires allowed in all classes.
• No cut tires.
• No aluminum wheels front or rear.
• Must have stock appearing sheet metal.
• Must have fenders which will support weight of driver.
• No homemade front ends.
• Narrow front end tractors are allowed to pull in 8 & 10mph classes only.
• Diesel tractors: must have stock appearing injection pump in the stock location for the year and model of tractor. NO “P” PUMPS.
• Gas Tractors: Must use agricultural type carburetor. Must also have factory appearing ignition system.
• 3LM-466 (non-modified) maximum turbocharger or equivalent (2.33 in. max. intake, no slotted intake, no slugs). Compressor wheel must protrude into housing 1/8”. Turbochargers will be checked with a 2.34in slug.
• Turbochargers allowed in all tractor classes.
• 3000 RPM maximum in all tractor classes.
• No water/alcohol injection, propane injection, or nitrous.
• MFWD tractors must have front end locked out.
• No duals, steel wheels, or chains.
• 13ft. maximum from center or rear axle forward.
• All weight brackets must be stationary, fixed-locked.
• Rear weights cannot extend more than 12” past the radius of the rear tire.
• All 3 point top decks must be OEM or OEM factory delete for the make and model of the tractor.
• All Diesel tractors MUST be equipped with an air shut off and it MUST have a 2 inch ring that is ¼ inch in thickness at the rear of the tractor.
• All gasoline tractors MUST be equipped with an air shut off and it MUST have a 2 inch ring that is ¼ inch in thickness at the rear of the tractor.
• 8MPH tractors that do not have all safety equipment will be allowed a “one time ONLY” hook per pulling season.
• 10MPH and 12.5 MPH tractors that do not have all safety equipment will NOT be allowed to hook.
• NO DISC BREAKS ALLOWED.
• You can run Weld-on hubs.
• Planetary final drives DO NOT have to be in stock position on ALL tractors.
• There is a 3 year lock on ALL tractor rules.
